Our new challenge rules:
Challenges will now be listed on the 1st of each month.
THey will run for three weeks.
They will be based on the monthly sketch that accompanies that months new kit.
Each design team member that is hosting the challenge will be adding their own little twist to the challenge.
The winner will be chosen by the DT member that is hosting the challenge for that month, they may choose the winner randomly or by picking their favorite.
Each month the winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to the AMM store and when an order is placed using that gift certificate Michelle will add some of her famous yummy vintage trim to the order.

Soooo, for this month's challenge, your layout must be based on the following sketch AND the color scheme must be monochromatic.

You have until midnight PST on April 21st to finish and post this challenge. Make sure you provide the link to your project in this thread.

Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Karen did an amazing job on the sketch.
Hmmmm I may have to give this a go... I don't think I've ever done monochromatic either. Looks and sounds enticing.

Whoo Hoo....I got this one done. Not happy with the outcome (I'm going to post a question in a new thread) but even though I tried to re-do it, those darn Prima pearls were not going to budge!

Here's my take on the sketch. This was a great jump start to doing an anniversary album for my parents. They've been married almost 43 years and my dad has written an anniversary poem nearly every one of those years!
