We ship in The U.S only. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
We ship Monday thru Friday. All orders over $100.00 will be shipped for free within
the continuous U.S. (48 States) Alaska and Hawaii will be given an equivalent
discount on shipping. Monthly Kits are a flat $6.00 for shipping in the U.S.
All memberships are billed on the 25th of each month.
One month memberships are $32.95.
Three month memberships are charged the discounted rate of $29.95.
Six month memberships are charged the discounted rate of $26.95 plus $5 for priority shipping.
Once a credit card has been billed and your kit has shipped,
we do not accept returned kits, unless the kit has been damaged during shipment.
1. I just signed up for a membership. What happens next?
Once your membership is activated, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. (Should you notice any errors, please contact us immediately at info@amillionmemories.com so that we can make the necessary changes.) Your membership will begin with the current month's kit, unless we are sold out. Then your membership will begin with the following month's kit.
2. I need to update my billing/shipping information. How do I do this?
You can contact us via e-mail at info@amillionmemories.com or use our secure form on the Contact Us page of the Web site. We will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding your membership. Please note that we try to keep regular business hours Monday-Friday, and if contacted on the weekend, may not be able to return your message until the following Monday. We do our best to make sure all messages are returned in a prompt manner.
3. What day of the month is my credit card billed?
Members are billed each month on the 25th. And Kit will ship out on the 1st of the month.
4. I don’t have/use a credit card. Is there another form of payment I can use to purchase a kit?
Yes! We accept money orders. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks at this time.
5. What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?
Kits are shipped on the first week of each month. All kits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow adequate time for your kit to ship during holidays and weekends.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally via USPS.
7. What should I do if my kit arrives in damaged condition?
Unfortunately, this happens on occasion. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. Please contact us within 1 week after receipt of your damaged kit, and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace the kit at no cost to you. We do require the damaged kit to be sent back to us, and will refund the shipping charges you incur.
8. Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?
Our Design Team Artists come up with wonderful ideas for your kits each month. Click on the Gallery to check out the current month’s ideass
9. I really want to become a member of your Design Team. How do I apply?
Members are always encouraged to submit their designs to us. We currently do not have a need for another design team member, but will keep your information on file if you would like to be considered in the future. |
